Raúl Reichard, Esq., LL.M., is an attorney licensed in Florida and Puerto Rico, born and raised in San Juan and currently based in Miami. He is the managing partner of Reichard Tornes, PLLC, a boutique law firm serving clients throughout Florida and Puerto Rico. Raúl's practice spans commercial law, commercial litigation and estate planning, with a particular focus on mental health innovation and legislative policy in Puerto Rico.
