The Program Manager will work closely with the Executive Director to implement and oversee multiple programs aimed at addressing mental health challenges across the island. This individual will lead with initiative, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and embody a deep connection to the foundation’s purpose. The Program Manager will also support fundraising initiatives and maintain strong communication with donors, helping to secure the resources needed to advance the foundation’s mission.

Guided by the vision of Dr. Tania Rivera and David Melchor, supported by the Pravan Health Group, our programs focus on education, accessibility, and pioneering approaches like psychedelic-assisted therapies to promote mental well-being.
