About the Role
The Program Manager will work closely with the Executive Director to implement and oversee multiple programs aimed at addressing mental health challenges across the island. This individual will lead with initiative, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and embody a deep connection to the foundation’s purpose. The Program Manager will also support fundraising initiatives and maintain strong communication with donors, helping to secure the resources needed to advance the foundation’s mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Implementation: Plan, execute, and oversee mental health programs in alignment with the foundation’s mission and goals.
- Project Management: Develop project timelines, manage resources, and ensure successful program delivery.
- Fundraising Support: Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives, events, and campaigns.
- Donor Communication: Build and maintain relationships with donors, ensuring timely updates and reports on the foundation’s impact.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal and external teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track program progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide detailed reports to the Executive Director.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including community organizations, donors, and partners.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and scaling of new initiatives, ensuring long-term impact.
Qualifications
- Passion for Social Impact: A deep commitment to improving mental health in Puerto Rico.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.
- Leadership & Initiative: Strong ability to lead teams, solve problems, and take ownership of tasks independently.
- Fundraising & Donor Relations: Experience or interest in supporting fundraising efforts and managing donor communications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to work part-time or full-time based on organizational needs.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in nonprofit program management, fundraising, or a related role.
- Knowledge of mental health challenges and resources in Puerto Rico.
