Raúl Reichard, Esq., LL.M. is a Florida and Puerto Rico-licensed attorney, born and raised in San Juan and now based in Miami. He is the managing partner of Reichard Tornes, PLLC, a boutique law firm serving clients throughout Florida and Puerto Rico. Raúl’s practice spans business law, commercial litigation, and estate planning, with a distinct focus on mental health innovation and emerging frameworks in psychedelic law and policy.
Raúl advises entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and religious organizations on corporate structuring, compliance, and litigation strategy, with a new focus on representing entheogenic churches under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) and guiding clinics and foundations in the psychedelic-assisted therapy space. He also serves as legal counsel and Legal & Policy Affairs Advisor to the Pravan Foundation, a Puerto Rico–based nonprofit at the forefront of integrative medicine and mental health.
Currently completing the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research certification program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, Raúl is preparing for facilitator licensure in Oregon, holotropic breathwork, and integration practice. His work bridges legal expertise with a personal commitment to trauma healing and community wellness, positioning him at the intersection of law, policy, and mental health advocacy.
Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, and deeply connected to both Puerto Rico and the U.S., Raúl is committed to advancing decriminalization and education efforts that honor cultural traditions, strengthen community healing, and responsibly integrate psychedelics into modern legal and medical systems.
